About The Position

As part of the eCommerce Strategic Partnerships team, this role serves as the merchandising general manager for one of Kroger's digital modalities (pickup, delivery, DeliveryNow). The position involves interacting across the entire eCommerce portfolio with a focus on continuous optimization of existing business lines, particularly grocery pickup and delivery. The role requires being the voice of the customer, identifying pain points, and collaborating across the organization to implement improvements. Additionally, the manager will shape and direct the priorities and project flow of the eCommerce Merchandising Performance team to meet the evolving needs of the eCommerce business. The role also emphasizes demonstrating Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements

Experience in eCommerce
Merchandising experience
Understanding of customer pain points
Ability to collaborate across an organization
Leadership and project management skills

Responsibilities
