Requirements

• Experience with forklifts, pallet riders, or pallet jacks is a plus
• Warehouse experience (1 year preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for the entire shift
• Ability to stand, stoop, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks regularly
• Comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions using common sense
• Ability to work flexible hours and alternate shifts with limited notice
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; calculator use helpful)
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow standard procedures

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments; move products to assigned locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders ensuring accuracy and quality
• Use RF scanners (RF gun) for picking, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Stack, build, and shrink wrap pallets for shipping
• Place boxes on pallets or conveyor systems and handle freight movement
• Pull product using pick labels and support shipping divert operations
• Operate pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support additional warehouse functions and departments as needed
