About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced e-commerce support specialist. The job responsibility ranges from the day-to-day obligations to the high-level, collaborative support of the e-commerce business.

Requirements

  • Walmart and Sam’s Club Ecommerce sales support experience required.
  • Sound knowledge of procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of Nova, Retail link, Item 360, Item variants, and Item linking.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • A team player with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset, always anticipating needs and staying ahead of challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong math skills
  • Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with private label merchandise is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Create all new items and monitor item content through Item 360/Retail link.
  • Create and maintain content product tracker.
  • Work with internal and external teams to insure on time deliveries and manage necessary po changes in NOVA/Retail link.
  • Consistently learn and strive to improve collaboration and processes between departments and online accounts.
  • Supervise and recap Bazaarvoice sampling and content reviews.
  • Submit all AIMS forms and track po’s received.
  • Ability to monitor and review sales and forecasts for items on auto replenishment.
