About The Position

The ECOM Fulfillment role collects, organizes, and prepares products to complete customer orders for shipping. The associate works with assigned order lists, internal inventory systems, and project plans, coordinating with leadership and team members to address questions and changing needs. The role requires maintaining an organized work area and contributing to SCHEELS’ employee-ownership values through customer focus, teamwork, adaptability, accountability, and integrity.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both.
Ability to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push or pull, lift, talk, and hear, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists.
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems.
Execute project work plans on time and revise plans as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Communicate effectively with all associates.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Follow safety procedures and perform job duties in a way that minimizes the risk of injury.
