About The Position

The Ecom Packer works in Revlon’s distribution operation, picking, auditing, packing, and filling consumer orders accurately. The role uses a pick-to-light system, the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and DOCS, and requires following customer-specific pack-out requirements and shipping guidelines, including regulations for transporting hazardous goods. The position is onsite in Roanoke, Virginia, with shift hours Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or secondary GED.
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to lift an average of 10–15 pounds throughout the day, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, turn, and bend for up to 10 hours a day.
Ability to operate a pallet jack and warehouse computer systems.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Use the Diamond Phoenix Pick to Light System and DOCS WMS to pick and place the correct products into shipping cartons, maintaining an aggressive picking rate and the error rate set by management.
Use the WMS packing system to pack correct items and meet customer-specific requests and shipping guidelines.
Fill cartons with paper, tissue paper, and sample products, and seal cartons to protect shipments.
Access WMS information, including warehouse locations and item inquiries, and complete pick and pack confirmation operations and Ecom packing duties at Value-Add stations.
Train to perform duties in other business areas when not performing Ecom pack-out work.
Cross-train and support all warehouse areas as needed.
Support the 6S Lean Program.
