About The Position

This is a temporary seasonal role that will last 60 days. As an employee-owner, you’re expected to actively contribute to a culture that thrives on delivering a personalized WOW customer experience, having a team-first, winning mentality, learning and adapting to constant change, taking pride in work and thinking like owners, and expecting honesty and integrity in all that we do. The daytime shift involves at least 3, 8-hour shifts (Mon–Fri), scheduled between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, with a choice of A or B weekends. The hourly rate is a base hourly wage of $17.00/HR. A commitment to work during the DAT weekend through Cyber Monday (Nov 27–29) is required for all team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
• One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both
• Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours
• Comfortable with technology and using phones
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
• Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
• Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
• Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Effectively communicate with all associates
• All other duties as assigned
