About The Position

Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures in accordance with Cardiovascular Laboratory policies and procedures, including Duplex imaging and/or echocardiography. May be cross-trained in other departmental areas. Assumes responsibility and accountability for patients in the department and provides care through assessment, observation, and documentation. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described. Work is primarily independent.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved school of radiology technology.
• Current RVS or RDCS credential required.
• Current BLS certification upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cardiovascular diagnostic testing experience preferred.
