About The Position
The Echo Tech performs technical work involving diagnostic radiographs and fluoroscopic equipment to deliver quality care appropriate to the age of the patient population in the designated area. This is a per-diem position with PRN rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on department needs. The position is at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful graduation from an approved sonography program.
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) credential required, or to be obtained within 9 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Responsibilities
- Operate diagnostic radiographs and fluoroscopic equipment.
- Deliver quality care appropriate to the age of the patient population in the designated area.
