About The Position
This is a part-time (0.5 FTE - 4 hours) permanent instructional faculty position in Early Childhood Education, specifically for a Preschool Teacher. The role is for the 2026-27 school year and involves working 9 months per year, 179 days per year, 5 days per week, with a professional work day of 4 hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The position is located at the Early Childhood Education site. The salary range is $23.91 - $56.69 per hour, $191.26 - $453.55 per day, or $35,000 - $83,000 annually for 183-day positions. Additional pay opportunities include stipends for hard-to-staff Special Education positions, counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian roles, advanced degrees, and various extra-curricular activities. Requirements
- Completed at least 24 semester units worth of coursework or a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (or Child Development)
- Carry at least a CTC Site Supervisor Permit (or at least meet all requirements needed to qualify for said permit.)
