Assist the Director of FP&A with daily transactions, processes and compliance for Enterprise Community Development. Responsibilities include financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting. The position will play a significant role in quarter end and year end closing results analysis. This position will be responsible for leading the analyses for the Development, Property Management, Resident Services and Asset Management functions. Additionally, the position will play a lead role in the budgeting/forecasting process. Position will also be responsible for the preparation of quarterly financial and management reports including tracking key metrics. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, effective part of the finance team. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, analytical, computer skills, and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
