Provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality client service with a positive and proactive attitude to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Proficiency in utilizing desktop or laptop computers, calculators, agency management systems, and a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Maintain an insurance license as mandated by the relevant State Department of Insurance and Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC.

Nice To Haves

  • College education or equivalent insurance experience preferred.
  • Prior Insurance Sales Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall client relationships and strategies, guiding the client service team on a day-to-day basis to ensure the achievement of client goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new clients in collaboration with Account Executives/Account Managers.
  • Work closely with the account team, overseeing marketing and renewals activities, and recommending measures to enhance satisfaction, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Recommend or initiate actions for effective and proactive client service, including planning, directing, and coordinating benefit and insurance programs while educating clients on benefit strategies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review programs and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in and lead client open enrollment meetings and presentations.
  • Collaborate in team sales efforts with other producers and support personnel as needed.
  • Assist, educate, and develop other staff members in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements.
  • Attend required agency and producer meetings, as well as training programs and external functions, seminars, and conferences as requested by agency management.
  • Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
