This role serves as a senior advisor to business and technology executives, focusing on Earnix strategy, roadmap, and enterprise-wide adoption. The position requires aligning Earnix initiatives with underwriting, pricing, and growth strategies across commercial and specialty US business lines. Key responsibilities include driving decision-making around model governance, platform capabilities, technology integrations, and operating model transformation, while providing expert-level guidance on Earnix best practices, solution design, and implementation frameworks. The role also involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Earnix initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes are met across multiple concurrent workstreams. Establishing and enforcing governance models for change management, model review, compliance, and quality assurance is crucial. Additionally, the position requires identifying risks, removing blockers, and implementing mitigation plans, while maintaining senior-level visibility into program risks, dependencies, KPIs, and readiness decisions. Facilitating alignment between actuarial, pricing, data science, underwriting, product, and technology teams, and translating business strategy into functional and technical Earnix capabilities are key. The role involves leading workshops, steering committees, and executive updates, and building strong relationships across US business units to drive adoption and cultural change. Guiding the organization in designing scalable Earnix architectures for pricing, rating, underwriting rules, and decisioning, and advising on optimization opportunities, industry benchmarks, and emerging best practices in pricing transformation are also important. Overseeing platform enhancements, model upgrades, environment planning, and release management, and ensuring effective integration of Earnix with policy admin systems (e.g., Guidewire), data pipelines, and enterprise architecture are part of the role. Defining and tracking key success metrics such as pricing accuracy, speed-to-market, automation levels, and operational efficiency, and ensuring Earnix solutions deliver measurable improvements in underwriting discipline, pricing precision, and profitability are essential. Championing continuous improvement cycles, lessons learned, and post-implementation benefit assessments, and leading change-enablement strategies for smooth adoption across underwriting, pricing, and operational teams are also critical. The role includes overseeing training strategies, communication plans, and enablement collateral for business users, and promoting standardized Earnix processes, governance frameworks, and methodologies across business lines.
