About The Position

Riverside's Nurse Aide Program is designed to transition new hires from Hospitality Assistants to fully licensed Certified Nurse Aides. Participants will begin as Hospitality Assistants in a labor pool status until their scheduled 4-week accelerated course begins. This program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to pass your CNA boards. Upon successful completion of the program and passing the Virginia Board of Nursing – Nurse Aide exam, you will transition into a full-time or part-time CNA position within a Lifelong Health facility. A 12-month work commitment is required for full-time positions, and an 18-month commitment for part-time positions upon graduation.
