About The Position

RS&H is currently seeking a temporary Early Talent Program Coordinator to join our team, with the potential to become full-time in ~6 months. This position can work remotely, in-office, or a hybrid approach. As part of the People team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by providing administrative support for the Early Talent TA team and as a liaison between TA and internal teams, vendors, applicants, and new hires; making contact and facilitating next steps with prospects, candidates, and new hires throughout the recruiting process; assisting with document creation, distribution, collection, management, records retention, uploads, and updates and providing information to appropriate parties for their processing and execution; maintaining upkeep of applicant tracking system, file share systems, shared email inboxes, and other recruiting systems and tools; assisting with campus recruiting event coordination and early talent program activity; coordinating internship program events; assisting with TA projects and ad hoc requests to support early talent recruiting initiatives; and identifying and recommending process improvement opportunities. This position may also source and identify top talent through social media, networking, cold calling, job boards/ postings, resume screening and pre-screening.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field and five years relevant administrative experience, preferably in an HR environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced skills in the full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities
  • Ability to take initiative, follow through, and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner
  • Solid analytical, decision-making, researching and organizational capabilities

Nice To Haves
