About The Position

As an Early Talent & Corporate Recruiter, you’ll support recruiting efforts for Huron’s Early Talent & Corporate Recruitment teams by helping identify top talent, deliver a positive candidate experience, as well as drive impact through our best in class early talent programming. This role is well-suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn recruiting fundamentals, develop strong stakeholder communication skills, and grow within Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, campus recruiting, recruitment coordination or a customer-facing role (internships welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); familiarity with ATS tools or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus but not required.
  • Experience using CoPilot, Claude or ChatGPT is beneficial
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a Recruiting Lead and TA teammates to support recruiting plans and day-to-day hiring activities.
  • Help manage multiple open roles by tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and flagging risks or delays.
  • Prepare candidate updates, interview schedules, and hiring status reports to ensure clear communication.
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and screen candidates to assess basic qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
  • Support outreach efforts and maintain timely, professional communication with candidates.
  • Help ensure a positive, organized candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Show curiosity and openness to feedback while building recruiting, business, and market knowledge.
  • Escalate questions or issues appropriately to ensure alignment and candidate care.
