About The Position

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for administrative, corporate, and operational support roles across the organization. This position partners with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for non-clinical positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring process. This role will primarily support recruitment for administrative departments and office-based positions, including but not limited to operations, intake, billing, finance, compliance, human resources, and other corporate support functions.

Requirements

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards required.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work fully on-site in Melville, NY, Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for administrative, corporate, operational, or healthcare support roles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for administrative, corporate, and operational support positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates based on experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall role fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with drafting, updating, and posting job descriptions to improve applicant flow.
  • Support pre-employment and onboarding processes, including background checks and new hire documentation.
  • Request and review recruitment-related documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Monitor recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other recruitment metrics.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Team to improve processes, strengthen candidate flow, and support department hiring goals.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with company policies and applicable employment laws.
