This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting Omni channel processes. The position also involves participating in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is essential. Team members are expected to interact positively and respectfully with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as role models. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
