This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold brand promises. The position also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and are responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return/go-back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Additional tasks include performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The role requires interacting positively with others, remaining respectful in difficult situations, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. Team members will also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, and perform other duties as assigned.
