This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a quick and efficient checkout experience. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The position also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on surveys, and supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and are responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return/go-back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Additional duties include performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set tasks, supporting shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and interacting positively with colleagues. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
