This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting various operational processes. The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on VOC surveys, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes is essential, along with completing merchandise recovery and maintenance to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. The role also involves performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Team members are expected to interact respectfully, remain positive, and serve as role models. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production may also be required, along with other duties as assigned.
