About The Position

Stepping Stones Academy is seeking a patient, caring, dependable, and loving Infant Classroom Rockstar to join their team. The role involves creating a warm, loving, and engaging environment for the littlest learners. Infant teachers provide more than just care; they help babies feel safe, loved, and confident while supporting their development through everyday interactions, play, music, books, movement, and one-on-one attention.

Responsibilities

Provide loving, attentive, and responsive care to infants.
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
Follow each child's individual feeding, sleeping, and care routines.
Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play.
Read, sing, talk, and interact with children throughout the day.
Build positive relationships with children and their families.
Communicate with parents about their child's day, development, and needs.
Complete daily classroom documentation and required records.
Follow all center policies, state licensing requirements, and health and safety guidelines.
Work as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
