EIS (San Bernardino Metro)
About The Position
Young Interventions, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) in San Bernardino County, specifically in the San Bernardino Metro Areas (San Bernardino, Redlands, Yucaipa, Banning, Beaumont, Rialto, Highland, & surrounding areas). This position can be part-time or full-time, requiring at least 20 client hours per week plus drive time. The organization is committed to improving the quality of life for infants and toddlers with or at risk of developing developmental disabilities. They are looking for qualified, motivated, energetic, and creative professionals to work with children in family homes, implementing personalized, family-focused treatment programs using a Routines-Based Parent Coaching Model to help children reach developmental milestones. The role involves home visits along the I-10 FWY Areas and may include virtual sessions. Caseloads can be a mix of in-person and virtual services based on client needs or preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of basic stages of Infant/Toddler Child Development.
- Minimum of 1-year experience working with children 0-5 years.
- Ability to speak and read fluently in Spanish.
- Hold a valid Driver's License.
- Have reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
- Maintain current Vehicle Insurance & Registration.
- Maintain current CPR Certification (Infant, Child & Adult).
- Have current TB test.

- Ability to speak and read fluently in Cantonese or Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers.

- Conduct virtual sessions when necessary due to illness or special circumstances.
- Travel to various home-based sites throughout the day within a 30-mile radius.
