Come grow with us! Remote Opportunity Available What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners: Coordinate and oversee the timely submission of evaluations from the evaluation teams. Manage and optimize systems and workflows to uphold compliance and efficiency. Lead case conferencing with evaluators to discuss cases, share best practices, and resolve issues. Identify training needs and develop targeted training plans for evaluators. Engage with service coordinators to remind and inform them of available evaluation teams and services. Act as a liaison between evaluators, service coordinators, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. Develop, update, and implement policies and procedures related to EI evaluations. Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations and translate changes into actionable practices for the team. Meet with leadership weekly to review departmental statistics (throughput, timeliness, accuracy, consent rates, etc.).
