About The Position

At Elevation Autism Center, we are more than a locally owned ABA and Speech therapy provider - we are a values driven community, committed to empowering children and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. If you have a passion for working with young children and are seeking meaningful work with a supportive team, Elevation Autism Center is the place for you! We are actively hiring full-time, onsite BCBAs across our Dacula and Lawrenceville centers (sign-on bonus offered), as well as Alpharetta, Duluth, Gainesville, and Kennesaw. You will support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6) in one of our beautiful expansive centers, have a billable expectation of 25 hours per week, and benefit from strong clinical support and attainable bonus opportunities of your choice that can easily add $20k-$35k or more annually! All of our centers maintain 4.6+ star ratings, a reflection of supported clinicians, an intentional culture, and thoughtful leadership.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification.
  • Passion for working with young children.
  • Ability to work in one of our beautiful expansive centers.
  • Willingness to support early intervention clients aged 1-6.

Nice To Haves

  • Level 2 or Level 3 BCBA certification (for expanded caseload and mentoring opportunities).

Responsibilities

  • Support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6).
  • Meet a billable expectation of 25 hours per week.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists.
  • Mentor Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs (for Level 2 and 3 BCBAs).
  • Provide early intervention services with a focus on skill acquisition and trauma-assumed care.
