About The Position

We are actively hiring full-time, onsite BCBAs across our Dacula and Lawrenceville centers (sign-on bonus offered), as well as Alpharetta, Duluth, Gainesville, and Kennesaw. You will support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6) in one of our beautiful expansive centers, have a billable expectation of 25 hours per week, and benefit from strong clinical support and attainable bonus opportunities of your choice that can easily add $20k-$35k or more annually! Requirements

BCBA certification.
Passion for working with young children.
Ability to work in one of our beautiful expansive centers.
Willingness to support early intervention clients aged 1-6.

Nice To Haves

Level 2 or Level 3 BCBA certification (for expanded caseload and mentoring opportunities).

Responsibilities

Support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6).
Meet a billable expectation of 25 hours per week.
Collaborate with Clinical Director, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists.
Mentor Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs (for Level 2 and 3 BCBAs).
Provide early intervention services with a focus on skill acquisition and trauma-assumed care.
