About The Position

We are actively hiring full-time, onsite BCBAs across our Dacula and Lawrenceville centers (sign-on bonus offered), as well as Duluth, Gainesville, and Kennesaw. You will support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6) in one of our beautiful expansive centers, have a billable expectation of 25 hours per week, and benefit from strong clinical support and attainable bonus opportunities of your choice that can easily add $20k-$35k or more annually! All of our centers maintain 4.6+ star ratings, a reflection of supported clinicians, an intentional culture, and thoughtful leadership.

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Passion for working with young children
• Must be a BCBA

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6)
• Meet a billable expectation of 25 hours per week
• Increase billable hours up to 30-31 hours per week for additional compensation
• Expand caseload up to 8 clients (Level 2 and 3 BCBAs)
• Serve as a mentor to Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs (Level 2 and 3 BCBAs)
