Our BCBA roles are built with work-life balance in mind. You will support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6) in one of our beautiful expansive centers, have a billable expectation of 25 hours per week, and benefit from strong clinical support and attainable bonus opportunities of your choice that can easily add $20k-$35k or more annually! All of our centers maintain 4.6+ star ratings, a reflection of supported clinicians, an intentional culture, and thoughtful leadership.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Passion for working with young children
- Ability to work in a center-based environment
Nice To Haves
- Level 2 or Level 3 BCBA certification
Responsibilities
- Support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6)
- Increase billable hours up to 30-31 hours per week
- Carry up to 8 clients (for Level 2 and 3 BCBAs)
- Serve as a mentor to Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs (for Level 2 and 3 BCBAs)
