About The Position

At Elevation Autism, our BCBA roles are built with work-life balance in mind. You will support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6) in one of our beautiful expansive centers, have a billable expectation of 25 hours per week, and benefit from strong clinical support and attainable bonus opportunities of your choice that can easily add $20k-$35k or more annually! Requirements

  • BCBA certification.
  • Passion for working with young children.
  • Ability to bill up to 30-31 hours per week (25 required).
  • Level 2 and 3 BCBAs can carry up to 8 clients.
  • Must be kind, curious, client-centered, prodaptable, and do the right thing.

  • Focus on skill acquisition and trauma-assumed care.

Responsibilities

  • Support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6).
  • Have a billable expectation of 25 hours per week.
  • On-site collaboration with your Clinical Director, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists.
  • Serve as a mentor for Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs (for Level 2 and 3 BCBAs).
