About The Position

At Elevation Autism, our BCBA roles are built with work-life balance in mind. You will support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6) in one of our beautiful expansive centers, have a billable expectation of 25 hours per week, and benefit from strong clinical support and attainable bonus opportunities of your choice that can easily add $20k-$35k or more annually! Responsibilities

  • Support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6)
  • Billable expectation of 25 hours per week
  • Increase billable hours up to 30-31 hours per week for additional compensation
  • Carry up to 8 clients (Level 2 and 3 BCBAs)
  • Mentor Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs (Level 2 and 3 BCBAs)
