About The Position

Elevation Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs to join their team, focusing on early intervention for clients aged 1-6. Requirements

• BCBA certification.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Ability to bill up to 30-31 hours per week (25 required).
• Willingness to carry up to 8 clients (for Level 2 and 3 BCBAs).
• Must be a Level 1, 2, or 3 BCBA to be eligible for specific compensation levels and mentoring opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6).
• Provide ABA and Speech therapy services.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists.
• Mentor Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs (for Level 2 and 3 BCBAs).
• Handle clinical collaboration, mentorship, and CEUs.
• Focus on skill acquisition and trauma-assumed care.
