About The Position

At Elevation Autism, our BCBA roles are built with work-life balance in mind. You will support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6) in one of our beautiful expansive centers, have a billable expectation of 25 hours per week, and benefit from strong clinical support and attainable bonus opportunities of your choice that can easily add $20k-$35k or more annually! Responsibilities

  • Support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6)
  • Provide ABA and Speech therapy
  • Increase billable hours – At any level, you can bill up to 30–31 hours per week (25 required). Each additional hour adds incremental compensation, up to an additional $18,900 per year.
  • Expand your caseload – Level 2 and 3 BCBAs can carry up to 8 clients. Each client above 6 adds an additional $6,000 per year.
  • Serve as a mentor – Level 2 and Level 3 BCBAs can mentor Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs for up to an additional $6,000 per year.
