About The Position

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. The academy's mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the critical developmental window to ensure every child has the best chance to thrive. The role focuses on leading ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative, in-center environment, providing support to Behavior Technicians, developing individualized behavior plans, engaging parents in training, and maintaining high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions. Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Passion for early intervention
  • Ability to provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians
  • Skill in developing and implementing assent-based, individualized behavior plans
  • Experience in engaging parents during on-site training sessions
  • Proficiency in maintaining high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
