About The Position
Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, so every child has the best chance to thrive. We offer a purpose-built center environment designed for young children, with a focus on assent-based and play-focused therapy. Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Passion for early intervention
- Experience with ABA therapy principles
- Ability to develop and implement behavior plans
- Skills in engaging parents
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Ability to provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians

Responsibilities
- Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
- Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
