About The Position

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, ensuring every child has the best chance to thrive. We focus on early intervention and making a lifelong impact.

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Passion for early intervention
• Experience with ABA principles
• Ability to engage parents
• Skills in supervision and data-driven decision-making

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment
• Experience in a center-based setting
• Experience working with children aged 5 and under

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
