About The Position

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, ensuring every child has the best chance to thrive. We focus on early intervention and aim to make a significant developmental difference in the lives of young children. Our centers are purpose-built for children 5 and under, featuring low-distraction spaces, play-based learning areas, and a strong emphasis on routines and safety. We prioritize clinical quality and outcomes, utilizing our proprietary CareConnect platform to streamline treatment planning and data collection. Our approach blends Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment into a compassionate, assent-based model centered around joyful, meaningful learning. We offer real work-life balance with small caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams, ensuring no last-minute chaos or burnout. You will have layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and our Clinical Excellence Team. Our operations team handles logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding, allowing you to focus on clinical work. We support career growth through mentoring, clinical training, and leadership opportunities, and invest in your development with CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and internal training events.
