About The Position

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, ensuring every child has the best chance to thrive. We offer a purpose-built center environment designed for young children, with a focus on assent-based, play-focused therapy. We prioritize clinical quality and outcomes, supported by our CareConnect platform for streamlined treatment planning and data collection. Our model blends Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment. We emphasize real work-life balance with small caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams, ensuring no burnout. You will have layered support from Clinical Directors and a Clinical Excellence Team. Operational logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding are handled by our operations team. Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Passion for early intervention
  • Experience with ABA therapy principles
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Skills in engaging parents
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to provide support and guidance to Behavior Technicians

Responsibilities

  • Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
  • Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
