About The Position

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, ensuring every child has the best chance to thrive. We offer a purpose-built environment designed for young children, with low-distraction spaces, play-based learning areas, and a strong emphasis on routines and safety. Our proprietary CareConnect platform streamlines clinical processes, allowing BCBAs to focus on care. We utilize an assent-based and play-focused model, blending Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment. The role emphasizes real work-life balance with small caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams. Centria provides layered support from Clinical Directors and a Clinical Excellence Team, handling operational logistics like scheduling and technician onboarding. Career growth opportunities include mentoring, leading clinical training, and leadership roles, supported by investment in continuing education through CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and internal training events.
