About The Position

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, ensuring every child has the best chance to thrive. We focus on early intervention, utilizing purpose-built centers designed for young children with low-distraction spaces and play-based learning areas. Our clinical approach is assent-based and play-focused, blending Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment. Requirements

BCBA certification
Passion for early intervention
Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
Experience engaging parents in training sessions
Skilled in supervision and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
