About The Position
Centria Autism is seeking a passionate BCBA for a Hybrid Early Intervention role. This position offers a blend of remote and in-person work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining meaningful connections with clients, families, and clinical teams. The role involves delivering and overseeing high-quality ABA therapy in both virtual and center-based settings, supported by robust clinical systems and a commitment to client-centered care. Weekly in-person supervision is a key component of this role.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Passion for early intervention
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (remote and in-person)
- Experience with assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
- Willingness to conduct weekly in-person supervision

- Experience in mentoring or leadership roles
Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
