About The Position

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, so every child has the best chance to thrive. We offer purpose-built centers designed for young children, with low-distraction spaces, play-based learning areas, and a strong emphasis on routines and safety. Our approach blends Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment into a compassionate, assent-based model, centered around joyful, meaningful learning. We prioritize clinical quality and outcomes, utilizing our proprietary CareConnect platform to streamline processes. We are committed to providing real work-life balance with small caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams, ensuring no last-minute chaos or burnout. You will have layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and our Clinical Excellence Team. Our operations team handles logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding. Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Passion for early intervention
  • Experience with ABA therapy principles
  • Ability to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Skills in engaging parents

  • Ability to provide support and guidance to Behavior Technicians

Responsibilities

  • Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
  • Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
