About The Position

The Goddard School of North Ridgeville is hiring caring, energetic teachers for our toddler and preschool classrooms. We're a play-based school where teachers have real resources, a supportive leadership team, and room to grow. That includes help earning your early childhood credentials if you don't have them yet.

Requirements

Must meet Ohio child care background check and training requirements with drug screening and be able to meet lifting requirements appropriate to age group.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a child care or school setting is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person.
CDA, ECE coursework, or a degree is a plus. If you don't have these yet and are interested, we'll help you get there.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead hands-on, play-based learning activities based on our proprietary curriculum, Wonder of Learning
Support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth
Keep a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
Build warm relationships with families and share daily updates
Work as part of a team with co-teachers and school leadership
