Early Childhood Toddler to Preschool Teacher

The Goddard School of North Ridgeville is hiring caring, energetic teachers for our toddler and preschool classrooms. We're a play-based school where teachers have real resources, a supportive leadership team, and room to grow. This includes help earning your early childhood credentials if you don't have them yet. Requirements
- A genuine love of working with young children
- Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude
- Must meet Ohio child care background check and training requirements with drug screening
- Must be able to meet lifting requirements appropriate to age group
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a child care or school setting is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person.
- CDA, ECE coursework, or a degree is a plus. If you don't have these yet and are interested, we'll help you get there.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead hands-on, play-based learning activities based on our proprietary curriculum, Wonder of Learning
- Support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth
- Keep a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
- Build warm relationships with families and share daily updates
- Work as part of a team with co-teachers and school leadership
