The starting pay range is $18.70 to $23.10 per hour for Lead Teachers, $16.55 to $20.48 per hour for Assistant Teachers, and $14.88 to $18.38 per hour for Support Teachers. Final compensation is determined based on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; 401(k) with company match; childcare tuition discount; paid holidays; and professional development opportunities Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within our growing organization Qualifications: Education/Certification: Lead Teacher: CDA or Associate's degree (required); Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related degree (preferred) Assistant & Support Teachers: High School Diploma (required) Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience: Lead Teacher: 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead experience preferred) Assistant & Support Teachers: 1+ years of early childhood education experience Knowledge, Skills and Physical Requirements: Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
