About The Position
We are hiring two Early Childhood Teachers to join an Illinois elementary school team for the 2026–2027 school year. These full-time positions are designed for educators who enjoy building strong relationships, encouraging exploration, and helping preschool students develop foundational skills. You’ll be part of a blended preschool classroom where you can bring creativity and enthusiasm into daily instruction. This role focuses on creating engaging activities, supporting early development, and providing a classroom environment where every child feels welcomed, valued, and ready to learn. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support student growth across academic and social-emotional areas, and collaborate with school staff and families to create a successful early learning experience.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an Early Childhood endorsement
- A commitment to fostering confidence, independence, and growth in young learners is essential
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- An LBS1 endorsement is a plus but not required
