About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Dually Certified Early Childhood and Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the Forest Lake, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This is an in-person, full-time position that is half early childhood and half K-5 resource. Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work. We focus on support and mentorship so clinicians can do their best work. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or related area
• Active Minnesota PELSB Early Childhood Special Education License
• Active Minnesota PELSB Elementary Special Education License
• Background check and drug screening required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
