About The Position

Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer is seeking enthusiastic coaches to lead children aged 18 months to 10 years old through structured, fun, and developmental soccer classes. Coaches are essential in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families. This part-time role is ideal for high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults seeking reliable work in a supportive team environment. While soccer experience is helpful, comprehensive training is provided. The program focuses on building confidence, coordination, and social skills through soccer for younger children (Lil’ Kickers) and skill development for older children (Skills Institute).
