About The Position

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Sports Instructor who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports instructor, nanny, performer, teacher, camper, etc.), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can expect 5-10 classes a week to start and can earn $26/hr to start.

Requirements

Prior experience working with children (as a sports instructor, nanny, performer, teacher, camper, etc.).
Enjoys working with children.
Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.
Availability on Monday-Friday (8:30am-12:00pm, 3:00-6:00pm) and Weekends (8:00 am - 1:00 pm).

Responsibilities

Lead children in fun and educational activities.
Ensure safety for all children during activities.
Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
Utilize a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment.
Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
Attend regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
