Seeking individuals who will provide front desk support through excellent customer service to CLC families. Responsibilities include responding to family needs, carrying out clerical duties as assigned, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front office. The role involves greeting and screening all visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and becoming knowledgeable of our programs and policies. General office duties as needed, including working with confidential information, are also part of the role. The assistant will act in a leadership role when closing the center and be part of an amazing team of YMCA staff focused on teaching teamwork and social skills and supporting children as they grow and learn. The ideal candidate wants to make a difference through their work in a caring, educational setting that is rooted in the mission of the YMCA, a non-profit charity organization.
