About The Position

The Playing Field is seeking a mission-driven Nurturing Support Teacher for their classrooms at the Madison Midtown location. This independent nonprofit, established in 2015, aims to eliminate barriers to high-quality childcare by integrating children experiencing homelessness with those from more advantaged backgrounds in a nurturing early learning environment.

Requirements

• Completed Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or a closely related developmental field.
• Deeply committed to maintaining the highest benchmarks of safety and excellence in early education.
• A Wisconsin Registry Certificate is required. (The organization is happy to assist otherwise qualified candidates with obtaining this certification during the hiring process.)
• Reliable, highly professional, and intrinsically eager to learn and grow.
