About The Position

The Learning Experience - Littleton is hiring Early Childhood Lead Teachers across our programs. Opportunities may be available in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms depending on your qualifications, experience, classroom preference, and current center needs. This role involves leading an engaging and developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom, creating meaningful experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on learning. The Lead Teacher will implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum, support children's development, establish positive classroom routines, observe and document children's development, mentor Assistant Teachers, communicate with families, and maintain a safe and organized classroom, while adhering to Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Requirements

Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
Professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience required
Infant-Toddler and/or Preschool qualifications welcomed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible, dependable, and passionate about working with young children

Nice To Haves

Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
