About The Position
The Goddard School of Brooklyn Park is seeking passionate early childhood educators for Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and Aide roles. Educators work together to create engaging, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years, helping them build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. The school’s owner and leadership team are on-site daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM to provide hands-on support, coaching, and resources. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Requirements
- All candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Teacher: Associate's Degree (AA) or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential plus 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field plus 1 year of experience.
- Assistant Teacher: Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education credits or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Aide: High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Assistant Teacher: Previous experience preferred.
- Aide: Previous experience preferred.
